Innovation Bridge Website Terms.

Rules for using the Innovation Bridge website, contact form and newsletter.

This document covers the current website, contact form and newsletter, but must not be published as final until every field marked “UZUPEŁNIJ” has been replaced with the entity’s verified details.

1. Provider and contact

2. Scope

These Terms govern the public website, contact form and newsletter. They are available free of charge before use and may be saved or printed.

The site describes Innovation Bridge activities, programs and planned offerings. A course, commercial-access or donation description is not a sales offer. Paid courses, user accounts, online donations and paid event bookings require separate terms provided before any order.

3. Electronic services

  • website content — browsing public information;
  • contact form — sending a one-off message to the provider;
  • newsletter — periodic materials, invitations and information after confirmed signup.

These services are free. Users bear their own internet connection costs.

4. Technical requirements and risks

You need an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTPS. An active email address is required for forms/newsletter. Disabling JavaScript may limit navigation and forms.

Internet use carries risks including phishing, malware and compromised email. Keep software current, check the site address and never disclose passwords in response to our messages. Maintenance and failures may temporarily limit access.

5. Contract start and end

  • contact service starts on submission and ends when the message is technically delivered;
  • newsletter service starts after double-opt-in confirmation and continues until cancellation or the newsletter ends.

Unsubscribe at any time through the link in an email or by contacting us. One-off services end without a separate notice.

6. Acceptable use

Provide accurate data and use the site lawfully and with respect for others. Do not submit unlawful content, rights-infringing material, malware, spam or improperly obtained data, and do not disrupt the service or bypass safeguards. If you disclose another person’s data, you must have a lawful basis and keep it to the minimum needed.

7. Newsletter

Signup is voluntary and requires an email, a separate consent checkbox and confirmation through the emailed link. Without confirmation there is no active subscription. Each message should offer an easy unsubscribe method.

The newsletter may contain informational, educational and promotional content related to Innovation Bridge. Frequency is not guaranteed. Minors should use the service in line with applicable representation/guardian-consent rules.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, layout, graphics, marks and materials may be protected. Personal use is permitted within the law. Copying, public distribution or commercial use requires a legal basis or prior permission unless another licence is expressly stated.

9. Complaints

Email complaints to kontakt@innovationbridge.pl. Include contact details, the problem, date and requested resolution. We reply without undue delay, generally within 14 days. Missing information may need to be supplemented.

10. Content and liability

Public content is informational/educational, not individual legal, financial or medical advice or a guarantee of results. We aim for accuracy, but information changes. External links lead to services managed by others.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or mandatory consumer rights where such a limit is unlawful.

11. Changes

We may amend the Terms due to changes in law, services, features or security. New versions apply prospectively and show an update date. We will give advance email notice of material changes affecting an ongoing newsletter service; users may unsubscribe.

12. Final provisions

Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections available where a consumer lives. Courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules; these Terms do not impose an improper venue.
